MULCO watches are guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty will NOT cover the following:
- Damage produced after the expiration of the warranty period.
- If the watch has been manipulated by unauthorized technicians.
- Shortcomings produced by inadequate dealings, bad use, or alterations.
- Damages or scratches to the finishing of the Case, Crystal, and Strap due to misuse.
- Damages caused by water penetration as a result of the opening of the watch, a broken piece, or damaged components.
- Card of warranty was incorrectly filled.
